Presenter: Mark Joseph, Ph.D., Assistant Professor, Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences; Faculty Associate, Center on Urban Poverty and Community Development, Case Western Reserve University

Mark Joseph will discuss how mixed-income development is an approach that is being implemented nationally and internationally as a means of reversing the social isolation and concentration effects of urban poverty. This talk will present early findings from a case study of a new mixed-income development in Chicago.
