Formed in Bremerton, WA, MxPx's brand of pop-punk helped create a large underground following with 1998s 'Slowly Going the Way of the Buffalo.' The Sidekicks are a trio playing rockabilly, country, pop and rock 'n' roll from the early 1950s. They perform the hits of Elvis, Carl Perkins, Hank Williams, Gene Vincent, Buddy Holly, Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis and host of other rock 'n' roll pioneers from the Sun Records era.
