From the pamphlet:"From its veneration by the ancient Maya and Aztec in Central America to its present statues as a confection consumer worldwide, chocolate has had a passionate following for more than 1,500 years. Find out more about this "food f the gods" from Jenny Harper, senior culinary specialist for the Confections and Snacks Division of Nestle, USA. Then, guest chefs Pamela Waterman and Bradley Schmid, owners of Duet, Fine Catered and Prepared Fods, will incorporate chocolate into a seven-course meal. Waterman and Schmid and wine purveyor Mary Lapham will provide commentary on each course and its complimentary wine."
